Allow some 3 letter words in the search tool

We don't want to bog down the database by indexing every 3 letter word but some words like tax, law, ird, irs are valid searches on a forum I admin.

Is there anyway I can say "right-o, index from four letters, except when they are these specfic words?"

AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> Message Searching Options (Default Search) -> Words to be Included Despite Character Limit
