BlueVision FX - VB 3.5x version

Due to popular demand I converted the custom templates to Vbulletin 3.5. This style was an older style for Vbulletin 3.0x - Read https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?s=&threadid=91356

This works with the lastest version of Vbulletin but you will need to check Ignore Style Version.
