Move users w/ specific profile field choice into a 2nd user group?

Any way to do this via phpMyAdmin

like if profile field "sex" = Male then give him sub usergroup id 12.

It would need to search field17 under userfield for "male", and grab the userid then go to the user table and add 12 to the users membergroupids

Yea thats what i have installed... but that only works for new users. I still have 4,000 members that need to be changed.

anyone?
