Adding posts to a specific from an old database

Is this possible to do as i accidently deleted over 10,000 posts. But yesterdays backup will have the posts that i deleted.

If the forums where you deleted the posts still exist, they should appear as you upload the back up'ed database. Not 100% sure though. Maybe ask at vB.com since this isn't a modification question or anything.
