Quick Reply available by default

Currently my quick reply is not useable unless you click on "quick reply to this message" button. How can I make it so you can just type in it instantly, like is available on this site?

Also, I would like to change it so if that button is clicked, the "Quote message in reply" is checked by default" :)

Acp > vBulletin Options > Message posting and Editing Options > Quick Reply

Change the setting there to not require a click.
