New to 3.5.x - Upgrading question

This whole new plugin system thingy has me pretty confused. If I upgrade my forum to 3.5.4, I wouldn't mind putting a different skin on. I have a few hacks installed, not many.. Will I have to reinstall these hacks?.. Or no, because it's all auto with the plugin system? :confused: lol.. Please clear it up a little for me :knockedout: .

yes, you will have to reinstall the hacks.
You'll have to start by copying over every file in your forum, then you'll run the upgrade script.
After this point, start piecing together the new version sof your mods. Some will be easy to install as they are plugins, others you'll have to manually install into the right files.
