automatic reply on first post

does anyone know if this exists or if not is anyone willing to create it? I am looking for a hack similar to this (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=110308) but instead of a new thread created on members first post there is an automatic reply TO the members first post and ONLY for members on their first post

ie:

new member: hello this is my first post
auto reply: welcome new member, please check out the FAQ, archives and please utilize search, bla bla bla
