how to add side colums with info ?

and made the neccesary changes..

but now al i have is some text in stead of boxes that i can add my sponsors and weather and stuff like that.


question is...

how do i add boxes where i can add small pics of my sponsors in ?
and how do i add a box to pu tthe weather in ? stuff liek that... all on the side colum.
