Style selection in usergroup settings

I am requesting a mod that would basically just put a style selection menu in to the usergroup settings so that certain usergroups could have certain styles.

I'd be glad to help anyone that would like to tackle this.. :)

This will ultimately accomplish what I need done but I still would really like to be able to choose in usergroup settings.......
