Before i go searching through the files for all the fetch_hook calls i thougt i would ask here.

Is there a list of all the vBulletinHook::fetch_hook('name') calls ?

Take a look at includes/xml/hooks_vbulletin.xml

Also, in your AdminCP go to the plugin manager, and "Add New Plugin" - it sorts it out in categories for you.
