VBulletin Headers and Footers for non VB Page

Does anyone know of a modification for 3.5 that allows you to force a non-vb page to have headers and footers from your forum.

I remember something a long time ago for 2.x but can't anything for 3.5.x.

Any help really apprichated.

I've had a good look cant see, have you see a hack how to force a non-vb page?
