Making a url a url with data base

Well like my last couple of posts a I have menchend a link page thing I was making where users could add there links and I have url as a feild and I was wondering how I could make it a actual url, because right not it is link to the text but when you click it has the url of http://sim2world.com/tutorials/Array%5Burl%5D
