Smooth Blue Where Are You?

I love the standard vbulletin.org theme (smooth blue) but I've learned that due to anti-piracy issues etc a crack commando team will come to my house late at night and key the paint on my car if I use/pirate it.

What's the closest, free, theme out there to 'Smooth Blue'? it'd suit my site (www.octane.ie) down to the ground.
