Will Pay for ARAXIS Merge HELP!!!!

Ok, I'm trying to do the file comparison and have made several attempts at trying to get answers off another thread, https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?p=912512#post912512 , but no one ever seems to answer.

I need help in trying to upgrade from 3.0.7 or .5 to the latest version of vbulletin on a heavily hacked page, but everything I try doesn't work.

Can someone PLEASE either help guide me in using Araxis Merge so that I can tell what to do or just simply do the upgrade/update FOR ME and I'll pay them because I can't seem to do it.

Many 3.0.x mods are not compatible with 3.5.x. I would recommend making a copy of your 3.0.7 installation and then upgrading it to 3.5.4 and then reinstalling the 3.5.x version of your mods.

Araxis will not be of much use when upgrading from 3.0 to 3.5. Code changes you would find in 3.0 will not work in 3.5 anyway.

Like said before, install a clean 3.5, then install the 3.5 versions of the hacks you need.

I don't know what CMPS you use. If it integrates with vB, it will be effected by an upgrade.

Well, I did the upgrade and all my hacks where gone, so I'm reverting back to my back up. Really, it isn't that I'm totally stupid, it is just that I'm fairly LAZY. :D and don't have all that much time.
Would really like someone else to help me with this so that my site can be upgraded and still be exactly the way it is right now.
Anyone?

ok, in AdminCp, everything is back there, but when I go to turn the page on or off I get this:

Could not find phrase 'saved_settings_successfully'.

When it is off, it shows my "page is down temp" page, but when I turn it on, there is nothing but a blank page for a home page.

VB and VBA are NOT helping me at all, only sending me the same instructions over and over again, that I keep doing over and over, but it is not working or fixing my problem. Each one keeps saying it is the OTHER site that should be helping me.

I have my CMPS back up and is my home page (index.php), but when I click on FORUMS(index2.php) it gives me this:

I have searched ALL over and CAN NOT find where to fix this or get any help for it. Can someone PLEASE help me with this. I've submitted support tickets on all three sites and am getting nothing.

If your having this many issues, pay the $10 or $15 for vba to install cmps for you.Going to do that, because I have NO idea what is going on. I don't see how it is a CMPS issue being as it is in the NAVBAR that I'm having the trouble.
CMPS shows up fine, when you go to www.ratpackinternational.com everything displays just fine, it is when you go to click on FORUMS that it gives me that permissions statement and no one can access them.
I have noticed that as the above, when not signed in and hoving over FORUMS it is a different link than when logged in, but either way, I STILL can not access my forums.

The only CMPS issue I seem to have is that it is no longer visible in my AdminCP, but I know all the persmissions are set correctly. So that is why everyone can see it when they come to the page. It is going from the portal to the FORUM that is the problem.

I need drastic help. VB has been no help because they say it is a portal and not their issue. I've submitted Support Tickets here and on VBAdvanced and still getting nothing.

PLEASE HELP, there is something SMALL in a code SOMEWHERE that I can't seem to resolve.
