Is there a plug-in about that?
When user's post deleted by mod's, automaticly send PM to post owner about "your post is illegal"

Can you help me?

In the latter, replacing
if ($vbulletin->GPC['method'] == 'move'
With the function of delete would be a good place to start, doesn't look too difficult.

i try it now but doesn't work
