How can I change options on one member, for example so that they cant send pms only receive them, or so that they cant send emails etc. Is there a pluging available for it?

yeh i want this too for new members under 30posts so they receive a pms but not allowed to send anything till 30posts or whatever is made... any 1 caring to code this :nervous:
