New Posts Rules

I want to create a hack that allows a user to setup new post rules similar to outlook. Posts could be marked as read automatically based of forum or user or other criteria to be determined. Posts could also be 'catagorized' and automatically placed in different new post 'folders' customizable by the user.

But, I wanted to make sure such an animal didn't already exist.
