disable fields in postbit

Hi! This is probably really simple, but I want to disable some fields from showing up in the postbit 'cause things are getting too cluttered for my liking. Does anyone know how I can do this, and then have the disabled fields show up in the extended profile section? I don't want to lose the content per se, but I'd like to condense postbit. Thanks!

Well, I don't want to completely remove the code. I'd like for it to just be disabled in the postbit
