Post from External (Windows) Application

Hello Everyone!

Is there any way to post to a VB board through a windows APP?

Here's what I want to do:

1. I have an application that produces .jpg files.
2. The user would use my app to make their jpg files
3. From the app, they'd click 'publish to online gallery'
4. They'd get a dialog where they enter their forum username / password, a title, and description of the files.
5. The app would post it!

I know there's security implications, and I'm certainly open to suggestions about this.

Does anyone have any ideas?
