Where can I find this Links system ?

I'm looking for a links system like this for my vb. I like this a lot, seen another type system here http://www.diptera.info/weblinks.php (don't think the latter is vb)

Any ideas? Searching hard and long and not coming up with anything.

The only links directory system that I know works well for vB is over HERE (http://www.vbadvanced.com/products.php?do=productinfo&p=2)
I use it on my site, I think the price is worth it.
