Black Smart skin

Hi,

here is my another new skin 'Black smart'

psd for the logo and nav buttons attached in the files..

How do I install the Style?

1. Extract the zip files to a folder on your computer.
2. Upload the image folder "blacksmart" to your forums> images>styles> directory (ex: forum/images/styles/blacksmart).
3. Login to your Admincp in your vBulletin Forum and Click on "Style & Templates" to expand the menu.
4. In the expanded menu click on "Download / Upload Styles" , a new page will load.
5. In the new page look for: "Import Style XML File" click on browse and point it to the .xml file that you want to install
6. If you are using a vbulletin version older than 3.5.4 click tick "Ignore Style Version"
7. Press IMPORT to complete the installation

Note: If you dont have an Style folder in your images directory, create new folder named 'styles'

Like it then pl click install...

One question, All my current username colors range from almost every color from white to black. So some of those will be really hard to view.

Whats the best way for all usernames to be viewed for a black skin, when most of my skins are more white.

I love it as well... I do not see "New Posts" anywhere in this skin. Other than that it is the best one I have seen here ;)

http://www.9livespoker.com is my forums... i want to change all of your icons to poker material. chips for new/old posts... the nav buttons will be cards i.e. pocket 9s etc... i love the look tho... good job foruma

Right now I am using your Black-Smart skin. If you cannot help me... Can u please send me the buttons for top nav.. Chat and Vbookie, as these are two hacks that I have installed.. oh New Posts too if ya do not mind... thanks again Miner.... excellent work

Thank you for this great skin and I love it,however i am a noob bigtime and have no idea what i am doing when it gets to the part where it says Upload the image folder "blacksmart" to your forums> images>styles> directory (ex: forum/images/styles/blacksmart).
Where is that directory and how do i get to it and how to uload the file there.
I can figure out how to import the xml file but dunno where or how to upload the rest

You will have images folder in your installed vB, load the blacksmart folder thats downloaded from here into the images under styles folder - if you dont have an styles folder create a new one and load it...

To upload the folder use ftp...

do you load directly to the forum in admin panel or to the server via ftp.i don't see an image folder in admin panel and actually not usre where it would be on the server.could i find the folder in my cpanel on the server.

i know this can;t be that hard but i am tired and ignorant as well which brings me to the next question,,is there a how to on installing these for dummies?lol

Any chance you could make the forum_old.gif into a plain grey colour (like the bottom of forum_old_lock) please?
