Moving Forum Sections Up n Down?

how can i move a certain forum section up and down, i mean i have a section called entertainment, and its above the section called current events.. how can i move that entertaimnet forum section below that current events section?

Adjust the Display Order to your liking.

i dont understand, diaply order '0' turns them off, and 1 makes them appear again?

User number > 0 to sort them. For examle:

Forum A, Display Order: 20
Forum B, Display Order: 15
Forum C, Display Order: 10

Would show them:
Forum C
Forum B
Forum A
