modification of the [you] or [username] hack

hello - i was wondering if anyone out there could modify the [you] (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=93173) or [username] (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=93145) plugin/hack so that it could be limited to specific forums via the ACP.
