where to find phpinclude_start template

i checked all the templates and couldnt find where is phpinclude_start template.

i wanted to add some code to it, but am not able to find its exact location.


can anyone help by listing the exact way to reach phpinclude_start template from admin panel.

That template has been replaced with a vBulletin hook called 'global_start' ;)
