How do I set all Users PM's To ON?

Hey guys, I have 16K users Imported and it seems like all of them have their
"Recieve Private Messages" to NO
also
The WYSIWYG editor is defualted to none.

I tried changing the setting in admin>settings but the settings will not apply to all users.

Is there another way?

Or can someone tell me how to run a db query to update that field from No to yet?

There is a canned SQL script that does this in the SQL Query section of Admincp.

Yes that worked, thanks that fixed a bunch of my problems with the default settings.
