Post Icons for certain forums ?

on my site i have a couple forums that i have made post icons for for example:

Sports forum (id like to use some nba,mlb,nhl icons)

Gaming forum ( i have gaming system icons)

Id like to have them in only those forums and not all the other forums....anyone know how i could get this done ?

There a mod around here for just that iirc.

ive searched but i cant seem to find one...

if there isnt a hack for this yet, there should be.....i know im not the only one who would like something like this
