Template Question

I used the City Morning Template but heavily modified it. My New Reply and New Post phps are not aligning correctly. Where do I go to make changes to these? Any help would be appriceated.

Looks like either your form size is large, or that smiley I can see there is causing it to stretch ^_<

What value did you alter to change the outer border of the forum?
I've somehow turned mine white and can't remember how to change it back!
