Install

Import the XML file as a product
Open the headinclude template

FIND

What exacly does this do and the advantages of having it versus not?

Adds the author, identifier, reply-to, revisit-after, category, copyright, robots and distribution Meta tags to you forum.. Configurable from the Comtrol Panel.

Advantages, Some people like to use them, some spiders read them, although ill guess not very many use them too heavily.
Advantage for me: I learnt a few things :p
