Another Newbie question

yes folks..I am a newbie!

OK with that out of the way can I ask a dump question.

I read the FAQ's and dont think the answer is in there..

When I see the "Install the hack" button and click it, what actually happens?

I see them listed in the CP but am not sure as to whats going on lol

in short if you download the hack and use it on your board,you click the install button, shows the coder you are using his/hers hack and have installed it on your board and if the hack is supported,you will be entitled to support for that hack
