Bug? In Leaderboard scoring [Archive]

I have to continually run the "Update League" in the arcade admin to set the leaderboard scores correctly. It seems some of the top arcade users get points just for visiting games, and they don't have to even score in the top 10 to accumulate points.

Does the "Update League" go through all the scores registered and recompute the totals for the leaderboard?

That thing has me totally buggered. Like I don't even understand how it works or something...

I am thinking there may be a bug.

Yup, my users keep asking me how it works and i've tried figuring it out, but it seems completely spontanious and sporadic as to how it works and what scores it uses.

Is it a bug or are we just missing it's purpose?
