I too am looking for a way to host videos on my vBulletin forum. Preferably users will not be able to see the location of the movie on the server.
Any way to let users attach a video that will play in the thread? Also limit the file type and size?

Not sure if this is what you're looking for but, I used it on my site before I restructured. Not sure if I had to mod it but it will support video.

Hello, just posting back now that we have our site online. Well, our whole site has to deal with video training tutorials. And I found that vBulletin wasn't the greatest solution to my video problem, but I thought I would just let you know how I pulled it off. I used the program called Photopost, and with a little language & file modifications its working great. Feel free to check it out.
The main site is here. www.xyztraining.com
The tutorials section with all the videos is here. www.xyztraining.com/tutorials
Anyways... Have a great day!
Thanks,
Paul
