My Forum is going slow

My Bulletin bord is going toooo slow ... is there any suggestion what to do ...

((and by the way there is an arabic website that have some kind of service that can make the speed of the forum more by 80% and reduce the load by 95% on the server .... is that true ?? ))

I suggest you read the stickied post in the Server Configuration forum at vb.com and post a Server Optimisation request with the info asked in the stickied post.
