Looks like a rip to me, vB.org got this style custom made I think.

I think that the skin is a custom one and that site does look like a "rip". A bad one at that due to the fact that the alignment of the tabs and such is a but out of wack.

complete rip but probably nothing can be done since this guy is from vietnam and the server is probably there. sucks that vietnam doesnt respect copyrights, the asian market for matter of fact does not.

I looked into this and found that they are hosted by http://dreamhost.com, which is located in California. Meaning that something can be done.
