links in new window, how to stop

Simple question, where do I remove the target=_blank to stop links popping in a new window on my forum.

Don't you just love when people ask for help and even promise a $$$ reward (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showpost.php?p=877741&postcount=193) and after you waste your time helping them out, they don't answer your pms and ignore you on IM? Ahh! There's nothing like that warm fuzzy feeling of not even receiving a "thank you" note.

Failing to keep what they publicly stated is not what upsets me most but the inability to follow the most basic rules of education and showing some appreciation for someone that didn't ignore them just like everybody else!
