The site layout is really nice. :)

With your forums, it's not as 'spectacular' as your site layout. Probably could do more with the tables as they look pretty default right now. Also move your shoutbox to the bottom of the forum list it deters posting.

Need to update your templates for whos online.....Your hack to show spiders by themselves is showing up wrong.

it's a good start -- however, it can be improved

For Starters...

header should be similar throughout the site
navbar should be similar throughout the site
style should be similar throughout the site
do not open new window (ie. LINKS, FORUMS, etc)
provide better images ... the photo on the main page is a little too dark and may not be as visible to some of your viewers
framed pages are

hard to bookmark
not SEO friendly
