Hi

I installed a new skin on my site @ http://www.mcseworld.com/forums/ this skin makes the site really slow, Takes about 10-15 seconds to load a single page.

If I revert to a previous skin the site goes really fast, about 1-2 seconds to load a page.


Does anyone have any ideas what is causing the speed problem??

a malformed javascript in the new skin could be responsible

Large graphics maybe?

yeah I had a $phpinclude to something that didnt work properly once - this had the same effect!

I have a similar problem at the moment and am of moderate skills.

If I go and check my skin what should I be looking for?
Does it hurt to leave a blank line between commands as I have a couple between hacks that I've added.

The skin seems ok but replying seems awefully slow!
