remove default titles ?

I've looked and looked but don't see where I can remove this title that is in bold..

can someone point this out to me ?

I've removed all titles, and all ranks, and rebuilt the thread info..

and I still see em :(

after i made that SS i removed all ranks and user titles, and rebuit
