I have just restored my database of my forum to new server, but now I can access my forum because I have a following problem:

while can access portal normally.

Portal: www.vimaru.org/index.php (http://www.vimaru.org/index.php)

And I don't understand why when I use a proxy server then I have not that problem.

Please help me!!!!
