cannot attach video files, please help

i have updated my server to accept large video files. i have installed the mime types in the cp attachment manager. when i click on either wmv or quicktime video attachments i get a huge page of garbled text crap (no video)

please help, this is driving me crazy

Hoew id you update your server to video files? Do you work in Linux environment?
