I would like someone to create this hack for me. Directions,screen shots and all. I want my supermods to have the abilty to change peoples usergroups but not beable to upgrade there usergroup higher then they are. I also dont want them using the admin control panel like they are now. I have someone to install it for me. So I would just need the complete file. I will be using this hack on the latest version of vbulletin 3.5. Give me a price. Paypal account is ready.
