Heres the question, I want to be able to swap the catagory row and the header row?

heres an example:

Notice here where the catagory is underneith the forum, views, posts ans so on. Well this is what I want:

Heres a forum skin im working on but I dont know how to swap these rows. :( andone know how?

What forum version? There are template mods out that can do this for you.

No wait I didnt find it the one I found was not what I thought it was. Where can I find this one?
