Header image size and how to add

What size would be ideal for a header for vbulletin and how do I add it? I want to add 2 pictures and some text to describe my site and add it to the top of every page.

size depends on style used

so you have to determine that yourself

I want the graphic to cover the top of the page. Suggestions on Width?

Once I create my graphic, How do I get it to appear above everything. Just like the one on vbulletin.org with the clouds and logo in top left corner.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you'll need to edit your header template in the admincp area.

Do you already have the images created? You'll have to have a table setup to span 100% of the page, to create it so it covers the whole page.
