I found this at Forum Templates and saw immediately that it would do very well on my forum www.TheFloorPro.com . I did some minor customizing and have added a few more graphics in the same style (ranks, avatars, etc.) and I believe it has helped to add professionalism to my site.

Kudos to the designer. Great job.
