Download system

I'm looking for one for VB that is similar to this one that has the following (but especially those in bold) for admins:

Admin CP: Group Settings (MANAGEMENT - Manage User Groups)
- Maximum upload size
- Limit number of downloads per day
- Min. Number posts allowed to download
- Monthly File Transfer Limit
- Allowed to download files
- Allowed to add files
- Allowed to edit own files and comments
- Allowed to delete own files and comments
- Allowed to rate files
- Allowed to comment on files
- Allowed avoid moderation queues
- Allowed to moderate download module
- Allowed to access download page
- Allowed to access download page when offline

Are there any VB mods like this that have these capabilities? If so please point me to one if possible. Thank you!

For some odd reason, there really aren't any great download systems for vbulletin. :(

Which really makes me wonder why. Considering VB is supposed to have a larger fanbase and modding community, I'm very suprised the modding community hasn't coming out with one yet thats like this.

Off the top of my head there are 3 download applications available. Links and download manager is one of them and I know there are at least 2 more on this site. Try running a search. I know they are here.

The VB geek one doesnt have much control permissions wise as I would like. The RW is damn close, but too expensive for my tastes at this point. If I converted the dollars right, its like around $80 american.

Would be nice to see something similar to that here

i searched this forum and saw no reference to rw download. i googled and found it here: http://www.rwscripts.com/

is this supposed to interface with VB?? does it allow user tracking and my users can own files and track them etc? how about my custom SKIN, will this take on the skin?

no offense, but i did a detailed comparison and rw download looks like a straight up piece of crap compared to the incredible power of LDM. http://www.eirma.org/devel/LDM/index.html

how can anyone recommend that?

anyway the one thing i miss most about my IPB forum, was the download managers that were available - those were NICE. there is nothing super for vb. LDM is the only thing that comes close.. i would LOVE to hear otherwise.
