...the (Free) skins on vBulletin 3.0.x seem to be better looking(sleeker and stuff) then the ones in 3.5.x...those ones just look really basic...

So how much would a good skin usually run for on 3.5 or could some show me some good skins on 3.5?

OR...how much is it usually to convert IPB skins to vBulletin...

How much ppl charge for making a custom skin depends on what you want (as in, how much work it will be) and if it should be exclusiv or not....

I have seen some nice free skins released here. However, if you do not agree, you can always pay for one or have your IPB skin converted as you mentioned. Feel free to resort to my web designing website if you'd like. The link is in my signature.
