This mod does two things: (1) allows you to read member emails when sent from the online form, and (2) allows you to ban sendmessage usage by userID. You can do only (1), only (2), or both (1) and (2) with this mod.

If a member sends an email from the online form to another member, you can receive a copy of said email. If a member is banned from using sendmessage, s/he sees a 'you do not have permission to access this page' notice.

No screenshots are necessary, so to install, go to the ACP -> Manage Products -> Add/Import Product, and then go to the ACP -> vBulletin Options.

Fine Print: While you must accept full legal and moral responsibility for the use of this mod, please keep legal and moral objections to this mod out of this thread. If the moderators have objections to this mod, surely they will take care of it. Thanks.

Interesting idea. There have been tools for PMs, but I do believe this is the first such tool for an email.

Any plans for this to work with 3.6.4? Was working on 3.6.2 for me, but after upgrade to 3.6.4 I get the error shown below after the user clicks "Send Message", so have had to disable for now (when disabled 'Send Message' functions works fine).

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /public_html/forum/sendmessage.php(614) : eval()'d code on line 3

Thanks in advance.
