I don't like the color scheme. Black and light blue? It just doesn't match. Plus you have a few too many forums for a new forum.

Your index page is killing your SEO. Make your forum on the index page and you will show up better on the search engines
I would get rid of the red sub-titles on the forum!
I like your custom buttons at the top of your site just under your banner.

Well,we did start off as Blue and light blue. Then we decided to make it some sort of COG forum (the villians on Toontown). So we changed the outer to black. What do you suppose we put in the second border besides blue (I have not got around to asking others on my forum this...)
Thanks.

I really don't like the red on the black. It is sort of unwelcoming.
What I usually suggest to people is two main alternative colors, for a fansite for this children's game, which is http://toontown.com, I would try to use some lightblues, whites, and oranges.

I agree with the above comments.
The home page is too blank. I actually sat around for 20 seconds thinking the page was still loading, but that was indeedthe whole page. It should lead the forum upon entry or a page explaining what the site is about.
I like the graphics.
I suggest you use a more colorful scheme since it's cartoon site. Try a white background, sky blue forum, and some orange here and there.
If you want to a evil-version of toontown, maybe violet/purple instead of sky blue. I'm thinking of Darkwing Duck colors ;) Black is to dark for a cartoon site I think.

Well,if you see the gears in the backround it has 2 cog users lurking about the site so its kinda of a little fun thing.I do take polls on this, users like the colors (I am thinkning about changing them)...
