Looking for Profile Modifications.

Hey guys, I've seen so many profile modifications but I can't seem to find the one I want. I want the mod that makes the profile look like the one here (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v38/Inmortal/ec25d2ab.jpg).

Actually for 2.3.x. I guess 2.2.x could work too. I'm using 2.3.9 currently so yeah.

There are not that many threads in there so you can easily search for yourself (your attachted picture is a bit small).

It's not in that forum, nor can I find it in the Modifications. I can find some profile modifications but not the one I'm looking for...

Just make it yourself, the layout is just tables. Create the tables and insert the PHP in the template.
