Admin CP Plugin System buttons are broke

Don't remember if it was a plugin or a template edit that messed up the buttons.
I know what the buttons do, I'd just like to know if it's possible to fix the missing text on them for future Admins of my board :ermm:

Disable all plugins from system and see if that will fix the issue.
If it doesn't fix the issue .. the phrase(s) could could be missing from the system.

Do a search for each phrase?
If you don't find it just replace the phrase(s).

If you do find the phrase ... make sure you did not do any file edits.
