Why no Disable Pm?

Has anyone wrote a disable Pm per users hack? I have a member spamming my board and I don't want to ban or Mu them. I just want to disable his pm use.

I have searched but have found no gold :surprised:

It's weird too.
They have an option to disable "Receive Private Messages" but not "Send Private Messages".

You could make a new usergroup and place him in it.
